Breakfast-

Sandeep Maheshwari takes breakfast from 9 to 9.30, according to him, the breakfast should be slightly higher. Lunch -

Sandeep Maheshwari eats a day meal at 2 o'clock, in which he considers it very important to have salad. According to him,cucumber in salad is the best.Ate 5-6 akharoth at 5 o'clock, it makes your mind think that this guy will not let me die hungry.This keeps the mind fresh and the body gets the right signal.Therefore, there is not much gap in the food, that means every 3hours something must be eaten.one is to be fit from outside and one to be fit from inside.  Dinner -
